Voice Bio help, privacy requests, and account questions all go to the same inbox.

Common questions

• Delete my account — in the app, open Settings → Delete account. This removes your journal data, audio, and (if you used Sign in with Apple) revokes the Apple token. It does not cancel an App Store or Play subscription.
• Cancel a subscription — iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store subscriptions.
• Export my data — email us and we will send a copy of your account content.
• Privacy or legal — see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
